The LISA project will take part in the European AI Week - Shaping EU AI Sovereignty, a Belgium-wide series of events bringing together researchers, organizations, and public institutions to discuss the future of artificial intelligence.

European AI Week (16-22 March 2026) brings together key actors from across Belgium to exchange ideas and highlight practical AI initiatives. Through talks, workshops, and collaborative activities, the event explores how we can develop, deploy, and govern trustworthy AI technologies.

This two-hour online session on AI security will cover:

Navigating the security and privacy landscape of modern AI
Exploring the complex ecosystem of vulnerabilities emerging from data-driven AI systems and their integration into real-world applications. The session will highlight key principles, practical challenges, and ongoing mitigation efforts from both academia and industry.

In the trenches: cybersecurity of AI agents
A practical look at real-world AI security incidents involving AI agents: what went wrong, early warning signs, and the security measures that enable innovation while maintaining robust protection. Participants will gain concrete lessons and actionable principles for deploying AI agents securely and at scale.
